N) Even a EULA has the choice to agree or disagree; rules only apply if you agree to abide by them. Usually they come part and parcel with other advantages and disadvantages, but the basic optionality applies.

The fact that the text is about imagined omnipotent beings does nothing to change the fact that, no matter what it says, all it is is a recording of certain words. One has no obligation to obey what they tell you to do.

(Same with a flag: it's just a piece of cloth with dye on it, and even if it has special significance to some, this does not constitute a requirement for others to follow their arbitrary preferences.)
