Ah. Seeing both the argument and the summary makes much more sense. The courts and long traditions of law establish your right to do whatever you like in your own home, if you're not infringing on anybody else. So long as that's the only plane you're restricting your argument to, then you have solid ground. You may not make many friends if what you do in private is disseminated, by yours or another's hand, but it is your prerogative.
