Okay, so people can take entire colors out of the domain because they happened to make a catchy logo with them? That seems extraordinarily unfair. I can understand the color in conjunction with the logo, but this article makes it seem like the colors themselves are what's being trademarked. Will one of the ribbon magnet people start suing the others for trademark infringement because they have a yellow ribbon?
