Weekend Update...
...provided by the act that it's Monday and work is a little slow.
So I saw my older sister yesterday and helped celebrate Da's Day with the family. Pretty standard stuff, although my younger sister's beginning to carry a capacity for smart remarks that rivals even mine. I taught the family how to play a game I learned last week, and we tested out older sis's copy of Phase 10. Pretty interesting.
There was some watching of lil' bro play Vice City (something I don't think Mom really approves of, but isn't really able to stop.) and a Simpsons-themed driving game. I napped on the way home, and didn't actually get into the apartment until about 1 this morning.
And that was my weekend. This morning, i thought I was coming in at 8, but it really was 11, so I got up for nothing... oh, well. On the way back, though, I had a perfect-timing moment. Without having to stop at all, I walked in the one gap between two groups of campers (it's sports camp time here) and had a walk sign to cross the street with.
Plus, someone just came in with a computer problem about logging on to the network, and so I was going through procedure, and when I asked about error, the problem fixed itself. Nice to be able to do that occassionally.
