Bwah.

So I had another tech-y sort of moment today after the first post. It was just as I was getting off shift. Someone needed to have their camera disk formatted, so I did a few things (the long and the short of it being that I first tried using a disk drive I didn't need to. Luckily, it all got straightened out in the right way.

So I want to format the disk, but the windows shortcut's not cutting it. It thinks the whole thing's disappeared. Since my people are good people, I just pop open the run command, and type "format A:" on it, after determining that the file system was Mac, not Windows (the camera likes FAT, I guess)

Worked like a charm. Thank goodness I grew up in a DOS realm, or I might have been up the creek without a paddle. As it is, I made a good save after my previous bumbling.

After that, not much to tell, especially since I have to get up and open up tomorrow at work. So it's bedtime for me, now.

But fear not, for I leave you with something that I have thought to be true for a while now - Music speaks to us in its own language.
