I love when writers include small meanings like that within the story through symbolism or other languages. I remember having a lot of fun with it when I was looking up Japanese flower language for a florist au I wrote years ago.

I feel like I read a quotation a while ago about how life was a constant effort of trying to become a better version of ourselves, and that's what it meant to be human. I'm sure I'm paraphrasing, but I like the meaning anyway. ^^
