No panic. No panic.

I will not panic. I will not panic. I will not panic. I will not panic. The papers are going to get done in time. Everything will work out properly. There will be cookies afterward, and good grades. I will not panic, goddammit!

The paper due on Thursday is done. All you need to do is incorporate the changes from the proofreader. Then you can print off the paper and the handouts and wing your way through the presentation. You'll be okay. The paper/presentation/handout combination on Tuesday next - you can spend some, if not all, of Wednesday on it. It'll have to get proofed itself, with enough time to incorporate changes. And then you can create the presentation Powerpoint and all that. Over the weekend, if you really need to. You have time. You do not need to panic. You will not panic.

You also need to go to bed, because you have class in the morning. Further worry will only make you more vulnerable to falling asleep in class. That's a Bad Thing, as you recall. (Also, you may wish to look into taking a post-lunch nap or something. Might alleviate the problem.)

panicing is avoidable if you don't forget your towel.

Stop panicking! Your towel's where you left it- in the bathroom!

Who said anything about panicing? This is just culture shock. You wait till I've calmed down and got my berrings, then I'll start panicing!

Upon consideration, I can't fucking spell panicking.

So... yeah, panic.

I can't spell either it would seem.

That's okay though, because we are so loveable, people forgive us.

Sit down. Get into a comfy position. Clsoe your eyes. Place your finger against your right nostril. take breath. Hold the breath. Breath out through the left nostril, taking twice the time breathing in took. Repeat with left nostril closed.

Panik just blocks your creative energies. If you get a fit, go out, take walk for ten minutes and go back to work. You're good, you will get it done and you'll do great.
*hugs*

Naps are good, they keep you productive all through the day...

Naps wind up making me more tired than I was to begin with. I haven't quite figured that out yet.

It occurs to me that my comment may not be true for everyone.
