Two things of importance - leaving an abusive situation and finding camaraderie
Neither of which involves me directly.
The first.ilyena_slyph is helping someone, killing_rose, escape a situation that is exceedingly corrosive to their well-being and mental health. However, she needs what funds can be spared to make this a reality.

And then, the second.whatawaytoburn, who is awesome in so many ways, is providing a place for people to say what they feel they're alone in, or to provide support and camaraderie to those who feel they're alone.
Such things as these, they are not much, but perhaps they will be enough to the right people. They're an example, I think, of the power of things like water - the weak force that eventually turns out to accomplish the task it set out to do.
I can only hope that they are not too weak to be effective.
