All'a the stuff that's news to you...

...yeah, right. Who are we kidding here? Ourselves and everyone around us, of course. For, there exists groups who wish to take over the world and put themselves at the head of it, all under the name of globalization. Gotta admit, it's a pretty convincing piece. Although some part of me snickers at it for some reason.

Oh, right. I didn't do a whole lot today, sleeping in a tad, umpiring a bit, paying my rent, thinking long and hard about the move that will occur in two days - seeing if I can stretch my supplies that far so that I don't have to make a grocery run. I'll probably run out of milk first. But, oh, well. It happens.

It would appear that Heisenberg has been applied to cryptography. Whether this means security or not is still being tested.

Yay for those who find jobs. [livejournal.com profile] inspired_writer, a newer addition to the fold, is now gainfully employed. Sw33t.

The audition music for this year's band program has arrived. [livejournal.com profile] aurora77 would like it quite a bit - it's for our first show, the Saturday Morning Cartoons/Video Games show - almost all of it is, or lasted into, the eighties. Soh, I finally get to hear/play video game tunes from the band - officially! It's a beautiful thing, I tell you.

Well, with work in the morning and the final plot for the move going on - well, I should probably go to bed, even if I'm still not really anywhere near fully packed, and probably won't be by the time I crawl into bed tomorrow.

moving

Moving is quite an ordeal. I remember moving one building over at the beginning of summer. My roommate Mary and I did it all by ourselves (with the help of her van). It's not something I want to do very often. I hope you like your new place, and that you find a satisfaction when you are done setting everything up to your liking. It can somehow make all the hard work worthwhile.
