Sense, Nonsense, and Not-Sense

A little bit of option two, a little more of option three, which is: Since there's no real program (From Zero to Zen in Three Easy steps) that the brain can latch on to, saying to "be more Zen" is something that tends to just happen. There are things that can be done to encourage a more Zen state, like just sitting. Those things come back to the point that if there's no concrete "This Is Zen", then something intrudes and says, "But how will you Know?"

Have to trick self into being more Zen without looking like I'm trying to be more Zen.
