...nothing, actually. Well, okay, a little work on an assignment. More stuff to do tomorrow. There's always more stuff to do tomorrow. Maybe I'll manage to get the assignment finished tomorrow, so that I can then turn my eyes to the papers that are starting to intrude. Because the intrusion is definitely on the way. Here's hoping that I can get it all done. And in time. While not losing all of my sanity points (I only got a few to be rationed out over the whole two years, dammitall!)

Rosa Parks died yesterday. Seems like we're losing a lot of our great symbols. And having others actively destroyed.

It would appear that Anne Rice has found God. And then wrote about him. The CW of the people around me seems to think this is on par with Tom Cruise using Force lightning on Oprah. Perhaps somewhere hovering around the level of "Original Pussy Beer". Certainly not as cool or as proper as people who dream in musicals.

But then again, that's all there is from me tonight. I guess I'm still recovering from the week I lost trying to get my computer fixed.

To be fair to Anne (aren't all boys kinda gay?) Rice she has always been very catholic. I think her problem was with the church rather than the philosophy. I don't find it that odd that she would write a book about Jesus, although I'l be surpised if he and Judas don't have a hot love scene, after which Jesus dumps him causing Judas top call the Romans on his ass in a fit of jelousy upon seeing him holding hands with John the Baptist.

That was a bit more BDSM than Anne is up for I think. Which is interesting when you've read some of her books. Actually I think it's the books she rote as Anne Rampling, but you get the idea.
