Well, I'm back from Pasadena. Michigan lost, as I'm sure you know, so it wasn't a perfect trip, but it was okay. I had a lot of fun. I shook John Williams's hand, and got to play the Star-Spangled Banner that he arranged under his direction. Kick-ass.

I also apparently got my mug on television for a good amount of time during the Rose Parade, and Ma got it on tape.

In-n-Out burgers are surprisingly good. And cheap. And good. Did I mention they're good? Especially after practices and parades. Too bad they don't exist out here.

I bought myself a yukata while in California. Was the only thing I bought, considering suitcase space was going to be a premium, and it folded nicely.

I got back to my apartment, to find it locked and chained, so I had to get someone's attention to come down and unchain me. Roommate S was kind enough to do so. She promptly went back to bed. I, however, am still quite awake. So I'll go to sleep at normal time tonight or something. Second semester awaits.

That said, I like having my net connection back again. I didn't find anyplace that I could post from while I was out. But now I'm back, and the new year is in. Now, to go catch up on a few other things...
