silveradeptFarg. That's my opening comment. Often, it usually accompanies a lack of work. This is true. However, this could be called a double farg, for I fear I may have come off as insensitive to my boss. The setup involves me watching Escaflowne on DVD (borrowed from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
welah) and talking to my boss about my lack of work. However, my DVD program took the spotlight and my IM program couldn't break through it to tell me that there had been more messages. Suffice to say, when I finished the material, quite a while later, I found out. So now I think I'm just screwed. I'll apologize in person, obviously, when I see her (likely tomorrow) as well as having sent my apologies over IM.
*sigh of frustration* Of course, this is going to dog me for a while. After all, such things don't just deserve a "Meh" and get on with it attitude. But for now, I think lunch may be the smartest decision I've made for the whole of today. Farg...
