Date: 2015-10-03 02:18 am (UTC)Yeah, that's why I added the commentary I did on that post - the original post had very little in the way of context, so while my reaction hadn't been 'naturally talented', it was still 'you clearly had more than 'basically no' sewing experience'. Though the cosplayer is also a fairly skilled 2D artist, and I've noticed that there's some carry-over even though the medium is different. More attention to detail, certainly.
