This thesis is not going to kill me. This thesis is not going to kill me... I hope. So much to do, so little time, really. Soon enough, however, I'll be merrily on my way to writing lots of pieces and eventually the whole thing. Just a couple more bits to go before I have all the data I need, really. I'm doing okay. I just need to convince myself of that.

The Ball of Rage would be proud.

Is this a good thing, to be Mother Teresa?

Rat Brain flies plane. Not well, but proving it can be done. But to put the balance back on it, Bible much like pro wrestling.

Some days you just can't catch a break. I don't think I'll be getting any from here on out. Hopefully this means, though, that when all is said and done, all is said and done and there isn't some nagging bastard project that sticks around.

that, and this make me wonder just how much credibility we should actually give the bible these days... it's a good thing the institute for creation research hasn't found out about these... they'd implode!

yeah, they do sort of stick their fingers in their ears and shout "I can't hear you!"

that would greatly depend on your oppinion of Christian Missonaries. I have a faily low oppinion of them, but that may be due to the relatives I've got doing it. (two aunt/uncle pairs and now one of my cousins in the trade)

People like to see all the (apparent) good work they do with out discussing the unquestionable harm they perform. So you've got to decide if it's a good thing in your own head.

they're surprisingly resilient when it comes to staring contradictions in the face.

which would explain why a search of the articles at the institute of creation research, even today, when the original article is over two years old, returns no hits for "polio virus"... as frank zappa said, "Stupidity has a certain charm - ignorance does not."

Rat brain flies plane, eh?

*Imagines a rat wearing a leather cap and goggles flying a Spitfire, with "Ride of the Valkyries" playing in the background.*

Uhhhh...yeah. I'm gonna hope this doesn't set a precedent.

i would have thought that an article which effectively disproves what they're saying would either be addressed immediately, or ignored. since i can't imagine that they would have overlooked a discovery of this importance, i would guess that they chose the latter.

you ever seen the South Park "Starvin' Marvin" episodes? Thoes are not as exagerated as they might seem.

True life example. Cousin is in a South Asian Country, sees a big Budhist temple. Her comment "It made me sad to think of all those wasted souls." I would have slapped her but she wrote it in a letter.

Which outfit do they swear their allegiances to?
