And Tuesday's done.
Jul. 19th, 2005 10:29 pmWork happened. Meetings happened, although the meeting was extraordinarily productive compared to some. Despite my best efforts, I got tasked into actually doing something. Tomorrow's a half-work day, and I'll be spending some part, if not a lot of the rest of the day wandering about the various art fairs that start tomorrow. There's also an umpiring shift at the end of that day, so it should be eventful, if nothing else.
As a college student, sometimes I wonder whether I'm going to be forced to eat ramen and gruel while I pay off my loans. According to a question asked on the 'net, however, gruel may actually be reasonably tasty. I dunno.
For those looking to plan some outdoor parties, why not consider growing some lawn furniture?
It's funny how the coincidences start coming in waves. Let's just say that this article about enchanting objects has been the latest in a string of articles that I read today about the process of working will and using objects/sigils for the purpose. Geez. You show a little interest and the universe dumps the information in your lap. Maybe it's time I started putting it to use and did a little practice. Especially now that I only have one housemate in at the time. Some of that information was very useful and practical as well. It doesn't get much simpler than that. Perhaps that's the next step on the positive self-image / road to enlightenment.
Or maybe the roadsign is staring me in the face. There's wisdom right there.

Date: 2005-07-20 04:28 am (UTC)You know these things as well as me, I'm sure, but I find it interesting how the universe gives a person a head-start with coincidences and experiences, then expects you to keep going under your own steam if you want any further experiences. The universe is cool like that.
