The report from the fronts...
Jul. 11th, 2003 07:35 pmWell, I was right. It did rain today. Kind of. It misted, and then stopped, and then misted again, and then stopped. Through all of it, though, I managed to get a full day's work in, so I'm kinda happy.
Of course, that doesn't mean much when a full day's work is nearly 10 hours billable time.
In any case, today's fun story happened at lunch. Boss went out to a burger joint to get lunch for her and my co-worker. My boss is a ketchup fiend when it comes to french (oops, should that be freedom?) fries. Unfortunately, even though she asked for plenty of ketchup, (or so she says) she didn't get any. So the stuff I thought she was going to have over rain today was instead directed at having no ketchup. Safer, in my opinion, thus avoiding catastrophe for yet another day.
So here I am at home, wondering whether or not I want to Enter the Matrix again... got stuck, got out of it, and now got stuck again. This game is hard...
Anyway, took a few of those silly on-line quizzes just now, turns out... nah... I think I'll keep the results to myself. They're silly as it is.
