...so I got everything sent away today. Plus, I got Haibane Renmei all finished out, buying the last DVD today.
Even better, I went into the gelato/coffee shop right next to the corner anime store early enough that I got a free hot drink. So I had White Raspberry Cocoa... mmm... a great drink to have for no cost. (Those of you in the Ann Arbor area, it's still going on for the month of February. It's one door to Wizzy's right. The new place that opened up. The catch is, you have to go there before noon.)
Then the tour of the anime shop and the bookstore. Came back and played around a bit, worked a bit. My paper idea is holding, but it's kinda threadbare at the moment. I really need to figure out some supporting material that's not useless and help make the word count. Hopefully, inspiration will strike soon.
Get to help oneesan shift locations tomorrow, from one Chicago spot to another. She'll be much happier once that's done.
The apartment's been quiet. And big. Not having the other two to help fill it is a little on the odd side. Mind you, if I had a significant other, it could have been a major cuddle-fest the whole week. Oh, well. Break will be over soon, and then I'll have to go back to hitting the books. *sigh* I miss the days where you could take the week off without having impending doom hanging over your head. which reminds me of something else I have to do...
In the offbeat part, I was sent an invitation out of the blue to join an Islamic Yahoo! Group. Those of you who know me probably understand why I find this funny. Suffice to say, the invitation will expire with a good hearty chuckle from my part. Partially because one of the related links is to thetruereligion dot org. Not being pretentious at all, are we?
