After that native wave of pontification on things here and there, I've already spawned one post-sized reply on my offhand comments - seems to be the way things work around me, to be honest. I never know what someone will take an interest in, and so I can only guess when or what someone found interesting. Maybe I should people-watch more, and figure it out. Then again, I could just sit and plot, too.
Or I could just listen to George Carlin talk about culture and marvel at his manipulation of catchphrases. But not for too long. I don't know if I have the energy to make it work.
Although, the ideas expressed in this flash about liberty are definitely worth thinking about. Acting upon them requires a different sort of caliber of person than I may be. (or I might have it and just not be willing to use it yet)
Model UN conference in two days! Time to prove whether or not my staff is up to the task of on-the-spot improvisation. I think they'll do fine, to be honest. They're certainly prepared for it.
So I'm going to do as I do best and keep working on my thesis, so that I don't get caught playing catch-up because of the conference.
