silveradept: The letters of the name Silver Adept, arranged in the shape of a lily pad (SA-Name-Small)
You know, you get wrapped up in a game or something and you start losing track of time...

...actually, nothing interesting happened to me, that's all. Of course, perhaps that's because I haven't been doing a whole lot other than playing games. I like having my weekends like this, but at the same time, I wonder what it's like for the people that have superschedules where the weekends have lots of fun social activities and such. Sometimes it's like stepping into an anechoic chamber, other times it feels more like someone modded a water gun to shoot fire. (The design's familiar, I think I might have linked the water gun before.

Other days, well, I think I may be superhuman.

Well, I should think about heading down to Hell sometime soon. Otherwise, school will be Hell, and that's bad enough. (And now, to work on lowering my Journal Drama Level... hee, hee.) Tomorrow, perhaps, I'll take time off the gaming to do some reading - like the one that was suggested that I read before I come to class. If I get bored with it, I can game for a bit.

So it's Sunday. One week of full-bore work to go, then probably some segments here and there.

Things to do: Check on FinAid to see what the final package looks like. Deposit Moneh! Check with Library system to see if positions are still open, available, and pay worth anything in addition to good hours. Continue reading book. Get ready for grad school. Enjoy the sounds of music makers.

Things to think about: Your parents may have been right about chewing your food. Corporations claiming success in the abstract as a direct result of them. The possibilities of re-coding information (as well as another strong example that people use symbols as a means of compression, not necessarily of understanding).

Flipping the gender of pronouns. Now there's an interesting thought - what if the female pronoun was the dominant one?

Also, and many thanks to him for unlocking this object: Whose principles are these, anyway? It all depends on your point of view, I guess. Any jokes about anatomical impossibilities to achieve an opposition point of view are left strictly to the reader.

Anyway - the schooling thing starts soon. If the rest of the text is as approachable as this one that I have is, then I'll do just fine.
