And... nothing's changed.

As it turns out, I'm not moving in today, it's Friday. But I did go to work for some today, and will continue to do so tomorrow. Should be a hoot to finally get to work. And in a little while, eventually, I'll get moved in. Finally. And now, the links. Because I'm still on borrowed access, since I don't have anything in my name with the new address so that I can get a library card. And I'm not in the apartment to get more permanent-on connection.
Nuns call for Bush impeachment. You know you've done wrong when the nuns want to punish you.
The company phone may be a company timeclock, too. After five months of being unaware he was being spied on because of his provided telephone with GPS ability, a man was dismissed from his job for leaving early, apparently. Funny how those dark side bits tend to bite us. I wonder whether that's going to be standard practice for anyone who gets a company telephone, just to see whether everyone is putting in their arbitrary time designation precisely.
Lot of stuff poured into my head, and still plenty more to do tomorrow. Like starting work, for one thing. Looks like I'm going to be trying to sort everything out on Friday/Saturday, depending on when, how, and what my schedule for work looks like for this week. Still, I'm on the job now. Just have to move into my house. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Date: 2007-09-05 12:52 am (UTC)But, I guess I should thank you(?) for your blog... That sounds kinda funny, but I'm really looking forward to when you get a permenant internet connection and are able to update regularly. When I first added you, I would only read the parts about your real life, then skip the 'news' stuff. But I started reading more and more of it, until I realized I really enjoy knowing stuff that's going on, and all the odd and important links you put on your blog. Today was my first day of my last year of high school, and the only required class I have is a current events class. My first thought was, 'Haha, I have Al to help me!'

Date: 2007-09-05 07:43 pm (UTC)course, most of my links lately have all been Doctor Who related, and I'm not sure anyone other than you and maybe fletch would be interested in it.
