Anyway, Happy Hockey Day (yesterday, technically) for those celebrating it north of the border. It was a good day for hockey... three games on CBC allowed me to basically waste an entire day. Plus, Roommate S celebrated her birthday, somewhat belatedly today/yesterday, so it was good. Tomorrow I will again attempt to get work done. Success is generally based upon inspiration in a lot of these things, so if it works, it works.

Forgive me for not leading an interesting life, O patient readers of my lack of exploits. Things will get more interesting soon, I think. Although I make no guarantees.

That is part of the nafarious plan.

But you see, there's a balance between having an interesting live and "living in interesting times", as the curse would have it. So I don't need too much adventure.

That's why that particular curse stays pertty close to the front of my brain.

And I happen to like it. It's one of the most accurate curses ever said.
