Tally for today
Jul. 8th, 2003 08:53 pmJust sent off the comic for tomorrow. Chose a prize for the contest that I was runner-up in, see earlier entry for details.
Now I'm thinking about precisely what I have to do to get some of the higher-ups in the Knights of Jubal to actually get their butts together and meet for our semi-annual Conclave that's definitely well overdue. Oh, well. It's not like we're a bad organization, it's just that when we lost our Knight-Scrivener, Timber Bram, to cancer, we postponed the meeting because of some stuff we wanted to do. That was at least six months ago. So I'm the official Arse-Kicker at the moment I guess. Oh, well. It will happen soon enough. I have faith.
And even though I had supper at a normal time, since I normally get home from painting later, my stomach is telling me that I should feed it. Luckily, we think it'll be content with some water or milk or something to digest it.
Oh, don't mind the usage of the plural there. It happens without really thinking about it. Unless noted that there actually is someone around in the sentence, "we" can read, "myself and all the crazy personalities and RPG characters that occupy the same real estate in my brain".
Just so that you know. Not too many interesting things going on at the moment. After all, the Tigers aren't winning and Lance hasn't made his big move in the Tour de France yet. So all I can do is paint. And it's boring when there isn't a radio to distract you from your thoughts. Not to say they don't get to me anyway while I'm out there.
Anyway, I'm not sure where this is leading, so I think I'll cut it off before it gets too far. Plus, I think I need to call my parents and list a few things I'm gonna need very soon.

Date: 2003-07-10 09:53 am (UTC)It is too bad that the news is late in coming... atleast for me. It would be great if there were some sort of newsgroup for the Knights of Jubal. If you give me a list of e-mails and the "go ahead"... I could have one set up in a jiffy.
I'd really like to stay up to date on KOJ news without navigating Keepspot. I'm sorry I missed the news of Sir Timber Bram.
Oh...
