I enjoyed the marching band thing, but it was obvious early on that i wasn't ever going to be Good Enough To Make Rent Money From It (see tangential musing about Capitalism, also earlier paragraphs on Gifted Kid Damage...), so after I graduated it's just sort of...languished.
And you know, I miss it. A lot.
