The eleven o'clock hour...

It rolleth around, and I am not working. Just had to fix some stuff that would have been done Tuesday if it hadn't rained.

I had a blast at Michigan's Adventure with the family yesterday. Luckily, I didn't get too bad of a sunburn anywhere important, if I got one at all. It did rain while I was there, but it rained while I was in the water park, and so it was pretty useless. No lightning, and so I just got... wet. In the water park. Everybody laugh now.

The rain seemed to follow me. I drove through a pretty impressive storm on the way up to Grandma's, the rain while I was there, and there might have been rain while I was asleep, and there could be rain today. All sorts of neat stuff, isn't it? Perhaps I'll lay a beat down on Enter the Matrix today and make it all work. Either that, or I can just sit and do nothing, or go to the arcade. I'll figure something out. I always do. Of course, I want to see welah's laptop as soon as possible, and possibly test his Warfree box to it's limits, since it's my old hardware that's powering the thing... well, it was his processor and video card, but it's my motherboard and RAM, doggone it, and so I have some contribution to it. Shouldn't be too bad, anyway. Needs a bigger hard drive before he can turn it into the Quake/UT/WarFree/Media box that he wants it to be, but I think he'll do fine. laforce's entry into the mix might speed things up a bit.

Band week starts in a bit. That's kinda scary. While it means the end of work and the arrival of the last bonus check, at band week I'll be doing more exercise than likely the whole summer of work. I should probably go down to the IM building and play something or some such. Maybe I'll ask the lists if anyone wants to play catch or ball or something.
