Date: 2024-12-30 04:24 am (UTC)I got it early, March 2020, the week before everything locked down. I did get a lot of rest, but I was on my own for care. Afterwards, I had weird heart rhythm stuff, and unaccustomed shortness of breath. Maybe the vaccine helped, although I was gradually improving before that. Once everything opened up again, I think getting bodywork helped my body move smoothly again, so that's something you could consider.
