I love this weekend.
Nov. 11th, 2004 12:00 amNow that things are straightened out a tad, I think we can finally get things done. I just have a lot being served to me on my plate between now and the weekend, including the football game, the show after the football game, the banquet after the show, the need to write more on my thesis, the need to write a different paper, keeping up on my readings, and of course, work, grad school applications, and the like.
However, I did find time to do a small session on de-stressing, with good results, but strange ones. Much like the hypnotism experiment at ACEN, while playing Morton's List, while trying to relax sufficiently, my forehead throbbed. It seemed to get worse as the relaxations went on. Either I'm really carrying more stress that I think, or there something a little strange going on when I do stuff like that around other people. As people reached the very deep relaxation stage, the throbbing went away and stayed away while they were coming back from their meditation. Makes me think there's something weird going on when I'm trying to do stuff like this around other people. Anybody got a clue?
The End to a Great Debate. People who don't see see things. Tips for Geeks on How to be Sexy. Which of the three is strangest to you?
Bed now. Basketball tomorrow. Finishing applications, too, maybe?
