Or something. Not just because midterms are two weeks away. Also because I need it. Not because things are going badly, but that things are going slowly and confusingly. Perhaps I need the perception shift that goes with laughter.

Perhaps I should think about gifting something (although I'd wonder what I would actually have to give as a gift to someone) Maybe it would be better to share, instead.

And in some of the readings for my class on Wednesday, I found it interesting that people were talking about William S. Borroughs and the Internet, even though the two didn't really meet, but in their writing I saw some of the principles of the Discordian. Strange, is it not, that they could trace themselves all the way back to Beat, yes? Or is it merely another succession along the continuum that Beat started and hasn't fully been resolved yet?

You never know, do you? At some point, it could be a giant succession.

Of course, if it is, then we do really need them around, especially with knuckleheads like these that lordmork quotes. If they're still part of the mainstream, then we need more Millicents than ever.
