Well, back.
Mar. 25th, 2005 02:11 amWent to fix a friend's computer and stayed chatting with her for a while. She let the thing get encrusted with malware, and she uses IE, so I brought along a Firefox install and Ad-Aware, which seems to have gotten the computer back up in working order.. at least enough to start defragmenting. Beyond that, I know nothing.
Oh, yeah. There's a couple newer people hanging around my friends list - not that anyone but me reads it. But on the off chance that they actually comment, well, you never know. They could be interesting in pet anti-mind control foil hats.
Actually, I suspect them to be more interested in the ultimate party room, but that's because it's so darn cool. They're of the sort that enjoys the idea behind ultra-fast pizza delivery.
Anyway, so today was relatively uneventful in all respects. Hopefully this weekend, I'll be able to get my footnotes and scholarships into order and give a beatdown of colossal proportions to the last bits of thesis still remaining. On paper, though. It's due the Monday after next. It'll be nice to be rid of it, though, as a finished product. Of course, this means I'll be turning my attention to the other major papers that will be coming due at the end of classes. It never stops, really. It only looks like it.
Yeah, that's the gist of it. As always, go back and look at previous entries - there's usually good stuff to add commentary to.
