Okay, then.
Jul. 12th, 2004 11:31 pmI subjected myself to the second of the practice tests. Lower scores, but not by much. This test felt a little more relaxed than the last, and I think I might actually be able to pass the real thing. Well, assuming my analytical writing skills are up to par. Hopefully, SI's not very picky about that, or any other test segment...
Finished the GTO drama - I understand now why that was the highest-rated television show in Japan, period. Also am looking forward to the U.S. release of Paranoia Agent.
It's humid here. Not necessarily hot, but humid. Being a native, I'm a bit used to it, but I still don't like it. Could function better, possibly, even in a warmer environment that had less humidity.
For the slightly geeky, I present: Proof that Open Source kills kittens. (From
shadesfox, who took it from slash-dot. I thought it was funny.)
Proving that my memesheepage score is quite accurate: The "Ultimate" Livejournal Obsession Test. Actually, rather interesting that I should score so low in Psychodrama. Perhaps when it comes it's brutal, but it doesn't come around that often...
Anyway. That's not particularly important, but I thought it would be fun anyway. Although perhaps these One Hundred Commandments would be more funny.
Watched the Home Run Derby tonight. Yes, I do still like baseball, thank you kindly, and it was a good show. So I'll probably be watching the All-Star game tomorrow, as well... well, excepting that I have to work an umpire shift... so I might not be able to watch it - maybe the radio will have to do. Oh, well - g'night.
