ARGH!

Geez, what a mess I've made of things. So I'll be here at work until closing time because the person who is supposed to relieve me is out and gave us more than enough prior notice to find a sub. What's worse is, as I checked the e-mail backlog, I was supposed to sub for said person yesterday morning! Garg - I really hate being absentminded. So now I'm up the creek with no paddle, because I had assumed that my replacement would be here and that I could go wander the Art Fair with my mother and siblings. Situation Normal, as usual - All F**ked Up. *frustrated sigh* I did at least ask for a reminder to be sent near the time I was supposed to sub, and I suppose staying on here will be penance for the screw-up yesterday, but I have once again managed to make my life miserable. Major sigh. Will someone kindly figure out the way to restructure my brain so that I don't forget these things?

Other than that, so far things have been quiet. I just wonder what happened in that time-gap that I was supposed to fill yesterday...
