Ah, beware of Sod's Law...

...for he probably got me good. I know I didn't do perfectly on the examination, but I hopefully managed to avoid bombing it. I'm accepting of a lesser-than-A grade in this class just because the examination style doesn't play up to my strengths.

Speaking of bombing, any of you FLEET types figured out where to point the orbital LART after the rather unprovoked assault on Mork's journal? The funny part about it is, of course, that if someone were to go trolling across journals just so they can strike with sub-par insults, they're wasting their time. Get good material before you go out venturing, kids. Of course, if you get your kicks out of something like that, get a life.

That being said, today has been hectic. The aforesaid exam, them class, work, band, business meeting, basketball band rehearsal, and another fraternity function. So tomorrow I get to work on my prospectus as well as my grad school applications. Somewhere along this line, I get to take a day off, right? RIGHT?

Plus, Loweko just dropped an excellent Insidious Thought Experiment. Apologies to the_entity for manhandling his artwork in such a manner, but this idea came to mind immediately and I like it enough to use it. The setup is:

Let us assume, for the sake of argument, that you or your preferred avatar is going to get a game-publicity style wallpaper. What would you put in it? The agreed "rules of format" in #fleet were that it must include the subject and have a quote from him/her worked into the art somewhere.
