Back from the 'rents. Gamed to my heart's content, although I didn't actually get to finishing .hack//outbreak. I'm right on the doorstep, though, so the next time I have uninterrupted gaming, I should finish that sequence and move on to the final chapter. Perhaps by then, I'll have a device of my own to play games on. I can only wonder.
For those of you who do not read D.C. Simpson's political comic, I Drew This, you should. He has an excellent eye for making fun of not only political figures, but facets of policy that should be ridiculous to anybody and are yet the most strongly upheld tenets of their respective ideologies. He happens to enjoy thrashing the American bastardization of conservatism best (probably because of a lot of exposure to it), but he does it so well. If you're not politically inclined, then read Ozy and Millie instead. If you should happen to find a spare copy of the House Rules Parcheesi around, do let me know. I think I left mine there the last time Ozy and I played.
And then there was the strange console / Final Fantasy VI ending thing that's been floating around. Interesting, but not enough to warrant linking. The music's good, though.
Anyway, that's all I've got for tonight - I'm already past my bedtime. I need to remember to pester the professor about the paper tomorrow. And then write the one that's due Friday.
