Well, of course not. Their sex is holy and done within the confines of the religion, so all the children that come out of that are blessed and worthy children.

For everyone else, though, them having sex is dirty and evil, and any kids that come out of that should be punishment for having sex in a non-holy manner.

So they can keep having sex, and everyone else needs to stop.
