I can use the day off tomorrow.
May. 18th, 2006 12:41 amRight now, I feel warm (the room is), slightly headache-y, and just not in my right mind. Sleep will probably make things better, though. Also, left nostril slightly stuffed. Cold? Maybe. But wouldn't make sense - as I haven't been out in the cold that much. Maybe proximity to youth, instead?
Or perhaps the news of bean-filled toaster sandwiches has me addled beyond repair. Although, the mention of Frivolous Lawsuit Night should have set me back on course, really.
Most gentlemen probably will wince at the following story. A husband had to have his sexual parts reattached after his wife tore them off. (In her defense, he was apparently cheating on her and she found out.)
A Georgia judge toasted the state's gay-marriage ban. Mind you, it was because he found that multiple issues were being decided in one amendment. This didn't stop a Republican from using the phrase "activist judge" in voicing his discontent with the ruling. The judge was upholding the constitution, at least officially. Any statements or opinions the judge held about the gay-marriage ban can't really be called into this, at least officially.
Anyway, it's a short list tonight, but now it's time for bed.
