I have had pistachio ice cream, and actual pistachios. I can't say I like the taste of them that much - they taste "green" to me, a and their texture isn't something I enjoy.

That's a good question. My regional context might look a bit askance at my fondness for handheld meat pies (even though pot pies are available nationwide).

Otherwise, I don't really have what would be weird did tastes or favorites. Perhaps because I'm close to a cosmopolis that doesn't really Bay an eye at the thought of East Asian cuisine next to Central African working food, down the street from a food truck that does Mexican.

In person, I have a gender identity and will communicate that, because you have a visual picture of me, and because it means I get to be visibly something other than societal expectations, but in text matters, I generally think that my gender is "Whatever you imagine if to be.", since I've been told repeatedly that my writing gender is different than my gender presentation.

A current favorite book? Seraphina, which is a great book about the uneasy truce between the dragons and the humans, plots to disrupt that trice and provoke all out war, and the music student, also a dragon in human form, who has to navigate all the politics and the court to prevent things from going pear-shaped.

I like it a lot for sympathetic dragon portrayals and for being a really well-written work. Need to get to the sequel sometime.

I have had pistachio ice cream. Years ago. I was most displeased that it wasn't mint chocolate chip. My opinion may have changed, but I'd have to spend money to find out.
