I have had pistachio ice cream, and actual pistachios. I can't say I like the taste of them that much - they taste "green" to me, a and their texture isn't something I enjoy.

I have had pistachio ice cream. Years ago. I was most displeased that it wasn't mint chocolate chip. My opinion may have changed, but I'd have to spend money to find out.

Aww yeah, it DOES look a lot like mint chocolate chip, doesn't it? Hence my curiosity. I'm sorry it was a disappointment, though. And money be SCARCE. X__X
