Okay, kiddoes!

I've been filling up my hard drive with video game remixes, all good and worth listening to. This is, however, after a day of treasure-hunting (two more letterboxes) and watching the Olympics. I finally got to see a field hockey game. Probably more Olympic-watching and mix-downloading tomorrow.

Now Hear This: The Monarchy Needs a Fool. It'd be a pretty good job, in my opinion.

Speaking of fools: A Map of the World, according to fools.

And something very foolish: Diet Coke floats. Regular Coke doesn't.

And then there's The Magnetic (ish) Man, someone who seems to have figured out how to attract all sorts of objects.

And yet, in all this foolishness, there's some sort of wisdom, right? Well, my sister and I had a conversation tonight, and she demonstrated that her head is definitely in the right place. Reprinted because there were some funny bits in there.

Silver Adept: Right, liberated age and all, but it's still my prerogative to crack skulls if I even think someone's putting a bad spin on you.
Satisfied and empty inside: yeah but no one is doing that... well that I know of...besides if I heard anything pertaining to Babylon I would kick some serious ass. (S.A.: Have I mentioned that I like my family because we can make odd jokes and everybody follows right along?)

Silver Adept: It's not generally considered custom in my neck of the woods to jump ship like that.
Satisfied and empty inside: :D ehh it’s just that they know she's all innocent and shit and that she's ain't going to do anywhere near the amount of stuff they want to do and still they go for her.
Silver Adept: Kind of the "I like a challenge" mentality?
Satisfied and empty inside: I have no idea... apparently but seriously if they hang out with her at al they should know it'll never happen
Silver Adept: Right, but people can make dumb moves in that regard.

Silver Adept: I'm not so worried about it now. I had my major breakdown over it and now it's not so bad.
Satisfied and empty inside: awww there'll be some one who'll bet you over the head with a big enough steel bar never fear
Silver Adept: This I know. There will be someone with enough patience to have me catch them, even though they've been chasing me all the time.

Silver Adept: But at least you're not misplacing your anger and thinking (female) J's the culprit. This is good.

Silver Adept: Well, the male species was blessed/cursed with a penis. Despite consistent examples to the contrary, there are no brain materials inside said penis.

Silver Adept: So, as best as we can tell, there are no "dickheads" or "Assholes", nor "asshats" because it is anatomically impossible.

So that's the conversation I had with my sister. She's growing up oh-so quickly. But I still reserve the right to run people through or bash their heads in if they sully the honor of either of my sisters...

Whoa. Now that's cool. Must help to keep the beer fresher longer.

I've heard of those. The sudden release of CO2 not only foams the can better than carbonating it before packing, coulombs law also takes effect and the sudden pressure reduction cools the beer. Impressive, no?

Wish I could be there for the Fool tryouts. That will be a fun day in the park!

Very impreseive. Then again, Europeans have been brewing beer for a very long time, and so I doubt it would take long for someone to come up with the idea.

I, too, wish I cuold be there for the Fool tryouts. Not only would I get to see some spectacular feats, I'd pick up more than a few jokes to tell. Even if they were all Anglocentric.
